Why? Because Simon just wants you all to know… it is possible for a guy to look cool and pull off a My Little Pony hat. He also wants you all to know, bribing him with cake was involved, and well… hey. Guy’s gotta do what he’s got to do for cake. Seriously.
Corgi puppy Friday!
Simon on the beach when he was… four months old, I think. Awww. He hasn’t quite got the camera thing down yet here. ;) Maybe when he was five months.
Day 2 of Week Temperance here.
This is the first day I brought Tempe home. She’s 8 weeks in this photo. Simon was SO delighted. He loves puppies, and when she wandered up to him and said, “Hi, mister,” I think he got a little heart bubble over his head and she wrapped him around her petite litle paw.
Someone asked if I’d named her after the Bones character. The answer is, yup. ;) I love the books, I love the show, and it… just fit. Dog. Bones. Get it? ;)
I really hope Pudge looks this happy when we bring his sister!
Simon sez, I love jumping beach logs!
I laugh. Whenever we go places, he takes off and and finds things to leap over… it’s like, “I’m a bird, I’m a plane, I’m… SuperCardi!”
It’s amazing to me how much air and height he gets under those stubby little legs.
Corgi Puppy Friday!
This is Temperance’s full brother, Bleu. He’s SO fluffy! ;) (And yes, he is a Cardigan Corgi. He’s a fluffy, which is a coat fault, but so, so, so darn adorable. And he still had baby ears in this picture — the ears on many Cardis don’t stand up until they’re 12-16 weeks old. Cardigan Corgi trivia for the day! :D)
