after seeing the animal planet segment on cardigan corgis and talking about Texas, I had to post Frannie! she is a red CARDIGAN corgi. not a pemmie with a tail. one dead give away when you see a red corgi with a tail is to look at their ears — cardigan ears are rounded, pemmies are more triangular.
