I get asked almost all the time - do Corgis shed?
My exact response to it is, aw, only twice a year… January through June, and then June through December.
If you don’t like dog hair as a condiment or a fashion statement, don’t get a Corgi, folks. ;)
… this is what a spring shed bath day looks like at my place. There’s so much hair my yard looks like it’s turned into a werecorgi. ;)
Happy Easter from the Easter Cograbbit. He wants to hide his Easter eggs in your yard. He may not have a bunny butt but he has the ears.
Next Friday the newest (and final!!) member of our family will be coming home. He is a Magnoya/Notts baby and if he’s anything like Thingamajig then he should be a pretty easy puppy :) Currently we’re thinking his name will be “Circuit” but we haven’t totally settled on it yet.
I said I wouldn’t post about him before he arrived but I’m way too excited to contain it anymore. I’m sure my Mom will have a good chuckle when she sees this! :) I gave in, I’m weeeeak!!
The original corgi lobster + Henry :)
A cute action shot of Lucy (Cardi) playing with her new friend Cooper (Pem) at the AZ Corgi Meetup last Sunday. Submitted by Lucy’s Corgmama (Jessica DB).
Lucy got her final Novice title today in AKC Jumpers with weaves. <3 Ribbons from left to right are for the new title, a qualifying score and first place.
Good job, Lucy!!
These two schmoos
Reblogging because oh geeze, the babies are almost a year old now.
Look how gorgeous Ralph is- wow. Those ears are to DIE for. Gorgeous head. What’s funny is that in this shot, he totally reminds me of his dad; his stance and hind legs are the same, the way he’s turned, looking at the camera- his expression is totally the same as Caleb’s when Caleb is being thoughtful.
Haha, Dori, you’re adorable. <3 Love her happy face along with Ralphs srs business one. xD
GSD’s and Corgis are an awesome combo. Especially these two, they were the best of friends. To this day, Simon loves all GSD’s. :)
Gabriel and Simon. <3
This is so cute. I am dead.
