added color to it. I think I like the black & white better…
This is my final project for my Decorative Illustration class!
I used a template for the bag, created all the art in Illustrator, and then had a little too much fun cutting out sparkly bones, accents, and making (sewing and everything!) my own gingham bow.
When I was making it, I noted that this is probably a prime example of why people “have funny ideas about art school” (meaning they think it’s a joke,) but I just can’t seem to care when I am so delighted with the sparkly results. As a friend noted, “What’s the point of going to art school if you CAN’T make glitter puppies and call it professional?”
Where can I buy these glitter corgis?!
My dog Momo.
Painting corgis. What else is new?
I find myself really wanting a blue merle cardigan now; I have a feeling it’s going to be troublesome trying to find one though!
YES! Cardigan LOVE!
This is for my gallery show in December. It is the second of 20 corgi related illustrations! If you want to get close-ups and other fun illustration stuff you should go like my facebook page.
